Innovative Web Designs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of others and anticipates that our users will do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are prepared to respond promptly to notifications of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the example notice provided below.

If you hold copyright, are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or are permitted to act under any exclusive rights granted by copyright, please report any alleged infringement occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving your Notice as detailed below, we will take any action we deem necessary, including the removal of any allegedly infringing content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon, or if this Notice encompasses multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of the works in question.
2. Identify the material or link that you believe is infringing (or involved in infringing activity) and that should be taken down, including at a minimum the URL of the link as displayed on the Site or the precise location where such content can be found.
3. Include your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address.
4. Incorporate both of the subsequent statements in the body of the Notice:
* "I affirm that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
* "I assert that the information in this Notice is true and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages.

Counter-Notification

If you contend that your content that has been removed (or to which access has been disabled) is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to use and post the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or access to which has been disabled and where it was located prior to its removal or disabling;
3. A statement expressing your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as well as a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who issued the notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may forward a copy of it to the original notifying party, informing them that we may restore the removed content or cease the access restriction in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed material may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more after receiving the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In line with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy of terminating, as appropriate and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. Additionally, we may at our discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether the infringement rate is repeated.
